Just been in two shops with malfunctioning halogen lighbulbs, flickering in that very special way that attempt to make me pass out and/or vomit. I'm wondering how widely shared this reaction is... Where is everyone this weekend? LJ seems dead... or is it just that I'm suffering from the distinctly unusual combination of feeling sociable and not having long-standing plans? Hopefully this mood will last (I seem to be getting more chilled again at the moment), and in any case I'll see folk soon at BU and B-movie. No I'm not expecting people to make plans around me, but (assuming the recent work situation gets resolved) this is notice that I'll be out a bit more in the near future. Feeling kind of at a loose end today, as well as slightly groggy - as ever, when I finally catch up on my sleep I feel all the negative effects of oversleeping (generally heavy-headedness and a lack of drive, and no I'm not hung over). Yeah, this is a fairly content-free post anyway... it's that or doing the remains of the housework, which never makes a great high-point to a weekend.
