Y'know I said that nervous twitch had gone away? *sigh*... ION: I'm not much of a TV watcher but I would imagine that Eureka, starting Wednesday on Sky One, might be of interest to some of you. Note: Sky don't seem very keen to share the above fact, but here you go. | ||

Actually I don't tend to drink beer, so that's a dangerous start. My TV appears to be fukt. Program sound's fine, video's fine, all functionality is OK. But it's buzzing, from the back, in a sort of EHT-arcing sound sort of way whenever I turn it on. Besides making it too irritating to watch, this also makes me wonder if it's about to go bang, emit blue smoke and all that lot. In any case it doesn't seem over wise to use it in this condition. Anyone know about the feasibility of getting this sort of thing checked / fixed? Is the f'ing thing even safe? Or is the cheapest option just to push it out the window? mood:

Well, that worked for me. If you're going to have Billie Piper acting, having her playing herself is probably the best bet. Oh and the Tardis looks *fantastic*. Enough said. I was going to get dinner 40 minutes ago but got *really* distracted. Better try that again now. ( possible 1st ep spolitude below ) | ||

I've just had to watch 30 minutes of pre-schoolers' TV, and then I get into work to find Rackspace Comitted Coffee in the kitchen. I'm not sure which scares me more; watching a tiger put its cheese to bed 5 times on the shiny show, or the picture of "One of our fanatical techs at midnight after drinking Rackspace Coffee all day" which illustrates the jar. | ||
