Gods, the keyboard on this is tiny... going to take some getting used to.|
Well, as noted previously, iFailed to get a new iPhone. However, having done the maths on the upfront and monthly costs, and figured what facilities it had that the old one doesn't, I really wasn't going to chase it that hard. The only real benefit was increased memory - and having got the new firmware on the old iPhone I've got a fairly reasonable feature boost anyway.
However, for about the annual surplus cost of the iPhone, I did manage recently to pick up an Eee PC (701 4G) for mobile blogging (and using all those sites that the iPhone doesn't do so well). As such, I'm really going to have to get used to this rather small keyboard - probably not an insurmountable challenge.
Spent those parts of the day not spent hitting "refresh" on the "iPhone Firmware Upgrade" link trying to get my head around Inversion of Control, specifically Dependency Injection, and the applicability thereof to Unit Testing of MVC applications. So my brain's fairly well toasted now.
Just had a very pleasant dinner of tacos with T and J; utterly delicious and much better than the majority of mexican food to be found in London, although I do have a soft spot for both Wahaca and the burrito stall on Goodge Ｐlace.
I think I'll go play Super Monkey Ball now...
