Just got out in the fresh air to do my bi-monthly newsletter delivery run, and feeling much better for it. Even the one on the sixth floor... I guess I just needed the exercise.|
Also a couple of job leads, but very early days yet...
Time for a snack, and to chill out.
It's funny, I've found any number of times that when I'm having a really down day, just getting out and walking around outside, pottering around the shops or whatever, or by the river, even if I don't actually acheive anything concrete, can make the world of difference to my mood.
Of course, when I'm in that mood, the effort it takes to actually get outside in the first place is phenomenal... even though I know I'll feel better afterwards.
