30° C in my flat... toooo hot!

Update: Cold showers good... except that I can't have it particularaly cold or my shoulders lock.

Yeah, I'm wittering...

It *is*? I thought it was about 25...anything above that just registers as "hot" with the Firewoman thermometer.

Well, that's what my desktop thermometer says... dunno how accurate it is though.

It *does* live above your computer though...i had a horrible case of hot-scalp earlier & now i have braids behind the bunches in a little red-arrows stylee formation :) but my scalp is coooool! :)

The legal minimum temperature is 16oC unless much of the work done involves severe physical effort, in which case the temperature should be at least 13oC. There is no maximum temperature prescribed in UK Health and Safety Legislation and an ambient room temperature of between 19oC and 23 oC would be considered reasonable. However, where temperatures are outside this range, especially where the temperature is in excess of 26oC, staff may start to experience some degree of discomfort due to the high temperature. Employers have a duty of care to their employees to provide a safe and healthy working environment under health and safety legislation and should consider what measures they should adopt to alleviate these conditions.
