I have the un-findable puncture...so short of turning my entire inner tube into one big Leech, i can't do a damn thing about it.
This is expressed more explosively in mine, but AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!! *Why* is the world not built for people on bikes?! GAH!

Ah, but it is - which is why buses and cars make such a mess when trying to fit into it...

Re: the puncture:

1) You could have a damaged valve.
2) You can slime the tire.
3) You can pump the inner tube up harder to expose the leak - as well as the bubble method, listen to it very carefully and pass the tire's surface close (but not *too* close) to your lips, which can pick up the air leak most effectively.
