UK to censor hi-tech contact with Johnny Foreigner (such a cosmopolitan bunch, these register types)
Provisions in the UK's Export Control Bill could land cryptographic researchers in jail.
That's the warning of Ross Anderson, a lecturer of the University of Cambridge's Computer Laboratory.
