Right...
Just sent a bank transfer to BiCon - meant to do it in time for your downpayment, sorry folks.

Also got asked by the bank (First Direct) "There appears to be a salary going into your account, does that mean you're no longer a student?"

How this managed to slip their notice when I've had the account for 9 years and updated them with 2 new office addresses, I don't know...

Have also stuck several dozen magazines in the recycling bin - time to start clearing the junk out of my flat prior to moving...

And once more, of course: http://www.kingsofchaos.com/page.php?id=484353

Ooh you're off to Bicon? I'm REALLY going to try to get childcare for this year, although it will mean swapping weekends around with Rob and getting additional babysitting from Mum. By the sound of it, it's worth it though. :)

We do have a creche running in the daytime, by the way...

That's a really great idea :) I can't use creches though because both my kids have special needs, and the youngest is severely autistic and still in nappies at the age of almost 5. Even if I felt that the people at the creche could cope with him, he wouldn't cope with being left with people he didn't know. I'm hoping that my ex will allow me to 'swap' that weekend's childcare arrangements with the following week's, then I can at least go to most of Bicon. :)

*grin* just like when, aged 26, I got a letter from the Nat West telling me I could no longer have the "under 18's" bank account I was still using and it would have to be converted to a normal current account. Which was a major disappointmnt since the interest rate plunged from over 4% to 0.1% :o(
