The Netgear (DG824M) ADSL-Router (etc) that I bought on Wednesday lasted all of an hour before the wireless part packed up, and didn't come back, even with the help of Netgear Tech Support. However Simply won't take it back until I can provide the Order Number (got it), the Netgear Fault number (got it) and the device serial number (ah.... nope.)|
Still, they should be able to pick it up on Monday afternoon if I call them tomorrow. Karen - you likely to be in?
*Somehow*, I now need to get another ADSL modem by Wednesday. Street prices are a bit too high for my liking.
