1) duranorak: The music rocks, as do you; I'll have to listen more closely to get the lyrics though...

2) I've figured why my Whitby pics were often washed out; the camera (Nikon Coolpix 5000) doesn't compensate properly for ISO equivalence rating when firing the flash :/

3) Oh and lest I be counted among the evil Xmas-haters; I can cope with it in Moderation, but not in November. (Anyone remember when it was 12 days, not 12 weeks? Didn't think so).

~smile~ Glad, if a little surprised, that you like it. Which lyrics were you after? I know most of them by heart. :)
Shall have to steal it back off you sometime to record the other side, of course.

Love you.

Oh. That's bad; I'd expect Nikon to have thought of that one...

Suspiciously enough the Coolpix 5000 was withdrawn shortly after I bought mine, and replaced with the near-identical 5400. I suspect there's a few firmware mods in there...

I remember having 12 days of Xmas. Of course, I'm old :)

My mum used to be very insistent on getting the decorations down after they'd been up 12 days, it was supposedly bad luck to leave them up after that...

I think it was kaet who pointed out a few years ago the sign over Tesco: "Only 11 shopping days left until the month of Christmas!"

I've been seeing xmas stuff in stores since mid-October. Last week, one store was playing xmas music.

I don't remember 12 days of xmas (aside from the song), but I do remember when stores and such wouldn't start putting out xmas stuff till the day after Thanksgiving.
