The army (at least that's where I heard it) have a saying that "on time is five minutes early". It is intended (I presume) to prevent arguments over a couple of minutes timeliness (differences in watches perhaps), and also means that 5 minutes slack time gets added as a message passes through each level of command, ensuring that (for example) the squaddies are ready for inspection well before the general arrives.

In this case, I was able to view the new site at 13:55 :-)

I can't work out opera's JS interpreter. If anyone can tell me why that code won't work, I'll buy them a beer.
