Yes, it's another one of *those* mornings. Mind you I tend to recover by midday.

Peppermint. The essential oil treats all of those things, but failing having some oil to sniff I recommend sucking some extra strong mints. Try it, you might be surprised by how much better you feel. :)

Peppermint tea tends to work (been drinking it for a couple of years) but not first thing. Just got my daily cup.
