Right. I have, effectively, 6 weeks of "free time" at the end of which I need a job. Rather than just drift through the time like I did when I last got laid off I'm going to be organised and make best use of it. This means I need to make a fairly large to-do list today and try and schedule much stuff. This, of course, is all dependent on my getting my arse in gear rather than filling time on LJ :/ Mehhhhhhhh. Anyone wants part of my copious free time (first time I've written *that* without irony ;), let me know. Suggestions on things I should do also welcome. (but if you're going to be rude, mail 'em ;) (</a></b></a> | ||
There was an offer in today's Metro for reduced-price tickets to Les Miserables if you still want to see it- tickets £25 instead of £45, if you book before 30th September, for any Mon-Fri performance until mid-October. Code is 'Metro Offer'.
Yes - can you bring back the details and we'll go whenever suits you :) (I assume this includes evenings)

Will do!
It would be cool if you could pop up to the Calling for an evening.

Work:
1. Re-tart CV. Shouldn't be hard as it's so fresh.
2. Sign up with Jobserve and CWjobs.
3. Apply for at least twenty things off each. You should manage this easily.
When you talk to pimps: talk about whether including your recent microjob is helpful on your CV or not.

~stares at screen, confused~ What have you decided I am there? ~s~
Um. Let me think about this for a while. Not in the best place to start planning to see people at the moment. Sorry.

Would you like to come over to St Reatham for dinner with the famous Streatham Four at some point during your six weeks of freedom? We could show you the cage room too....

I guess I could pull finger on the Stammtisch idea, if you're still interested in that. Oh, and if I can find a spare 5... things seem to be piling up again. Nevertheless, there should be time at _some_ point this month!
