Now I'd etter (a) get some lunch
and (b) get on with the job-search.

No doubt the electrician will turn up the second I put the oven on...

Interesting - enough people list "boys" as an interest for it to appear in the top 20, but the same cannot be said for "girls".
Does that say anything about LJ or its users?

Livejournal User Stats

67.1% of LJ is female. The vast majority of those are teenagers. I think this may explain the skewness towards liking "boys".

That would be boys, along with a smattering of slugs and snails, I believe...

I read it as LJ-to-pints and was very disappointed.

Me three. I was hoping for some obscure "LJ Angst to Alcohol" conversion scale, or possibly a variant on the various LJ-prose-parsers that predicts your average alcohol intake when making posts.

Copied and pasted from a friend of mine:
I've lost track which of you lot are still job hunting at the moment - but figured I'd mention that I just got asked about a 4-6 month contract in central London doing PHP/Perl/MySQL stuff (that's the limit of what I was told) - if anyone who does that stuff is looking atm, contact Andrew Cartwright @ IT HR on 020 7747 1005.

If they want to work in Leicester, Michael Brady @ Evolution Recruitment Solutions on 0870 745 6320 was looking for people too a couple of days ago. They only ever contact me when I've *got* a job ;) If they ask who referred you and you're one of the people who doesn't know who "Rillaith" is, I'm Sally Gurney. I don't think I get any kick-back though *chuckle*
