About as busy there as it is here then.

You being sarcastic?

I've got a pile of typing thiiiiiiis high *gestures meaninglessly*, and I'm the only admin in today. And I've just been told that everyone else is leaving at 4pm, so I'm in charge of locking up and setting the alarms tonight, which I've never done. Argh.

Want to fax some of your typing to me and I'll help? Umm, leaving you to set alarms that you've never dealt with before is not fair. Meh.

*laugh* Unfortunately I can't fax over 6-inch-thick casefiles (I'm not kidding - this one poor woman has obviously had a lot of problems - there's three bulging files here for her!) and dictaphone tapes.

Someone is going to show me the alarms before they leave. I'm less than impressed, though; I was given to understand that someone from each service (social work, psychiatric nurses, day centre and admin) would be staying until 5.

THREE casefiles?? Damn. I have two and thought that was bad enough. *laughs*

I wonder if you could get your timesheet signed and then just run away at 3.45. *grin*

My timesheet's already in!

Anyway, the receptionist has just been up - apparently I don't have to stay til 5 because I've not had the procedures training I'd need to be the one to lock up. So I get to go at 4ish with everyone else.

Yay!

How words come out of my mouth instead of "hoot hoot" is a mystery.

Christ! You're already at work! I have got to get my ass up the stairs and in bed NOW. Or maybe I should apply to be a mail carrier at Hogwarts - I seem to have the requisite qualifications.
