I was about to say "What about Esher, or Woking", but I've just checked, and both have Tory vote of under 50% for the first time ever (45 and 47%)
The Lib Dems had over 30% in each, which given that in 1992 I think they lost their deposits and the Tory got about 80% of the vote, is damn impressive.
Brent East was gained in a by-election not that long ago, but check out Birmingham Ladywood and Birmingham Hodge Hill on the small display in your app - thye're almost off the screen.
