Does anyone (SNB) know of a page where you can find out *all* patches that MS pushes out to XP/IE etc? Are they doing "stealth" fixes that don't appear in version numbers or Windows Update?

You could try this page, or else maybe look at their BSA (and perhaps poke about in the XML file that it downloads).

I suppose you could go to Windows downloads and see what downloads are available for Internet Explorer.
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/default.mspx

Or just check what updates have been applied to a Windows box and back track what all the Hotfix and security updates were (but that is a long way to do it!- and there isnt a way to separate XP from IE updates).

I'm not sure they are doing anything by stealth, I've not heard of anything posted in places (Do you believe they are doing just out of interest??)

The Windows (XP?) command systeminfo is great for reporting the patches.

If you have SUS (Service Update Server) setup within your domain/control, they should all be listed there. It comes as part of the W2K Server install IIRC.

Speaking of patches and based on last night's conversation:
http://cvs.livejournal.org/browse.cgi/livejournal/cgi-bin/LJ/S2.pm#rev1.162 is the one I was on about.

For whatever reason it doesn't seem to have been posted about in changelog, though I see you have that on your community list anyway.
