Blair's 'frenzied law making' has created a new offence for every day spent in office|
While the article rightly points out the legislation explosion, this bit isn't quite right:
"Each addition swells the enormous number of offences already on the statute book, some dating back to medieval times." - lots of the new offences are parts of legislation that abolish previous laws that don't quite work any more.
